I use Google Reader to build my own “newspaper,” following the RSS feeds of a veritable mountain of different sites. (Many of the sites I follow fall under the “geek” or “tech” news heading, although I do follow a variety of news sites.) It makes for quite a lot of reading, and it slants pretty heavily in favor of nerdiness. Be that as it may, here’s some of the stories I found most interesting.
