We spent much of our weekend moving Jim’s dad into his new apartment, and we’re pretty wore out. We did get to see Marvel’s Luke Cage this weekend, and it was fantastic, but that’s about all we managed. We’ve got more moving, cleaning, tidying and organizing yet to do, too, so it’s probably going to be a quieter week around the blog.
We stayed up (entirely too) late last night to watch the first episode of Marvel’s Luke Cage on Netflix, and it was pretty good. I strongly suspect I’m missing a great deal of the context for this show. I’m probably going to have to watch the whole thing, do a bunch of reading and homework, and then go back and watch it all again, before I can have any sort of a decent opinion on it.
Ladies and gentlemen, today is National Coffee Day, which is a thing, apparently. In honor of this auspicious holiday, I intend to drink a crapton of coffee this evening, so I can stay up late and watch “Marvel’s Luke Cage” on Netflix. It should debut tonight at midnight (all the others have, anyway).
You are 100% guaranteed absolutely going to lose those things immediately and you know it.
